Financial Turmoil:
For years, Kwame Anku called himself an "investor". In 2023 he persuaded Greater Sacramento Urban League to "invest" $300,000 into his company Black Star Fund.
Kwame falsely claimed his company was worth 25 million dollars. After receiving the money, HE GHOSTED THEM - never providing any investment dividend income or financial records.
NOTE: As soon as Kwame received the $300,000 he went on a years-long, first-class vacation spree around the world - he even photo-documented it on Instagram. In one tropical location, he hired a photographer to take photos of him, in a romantic setting BY HIMSELF on the beach, sipping champagne. Strange...
When the new Greater Sacramento Urban League (GSUL) CEO arrived in 2025 and looked at the books, he questioned Kwame about this money. They agreed to terminate the relationship and Kwame said he would return the money.
But instead of returning the money, he ignored them. He claims to be a "multi-millionaire", so why not write a check or send a wire transfer?
They sent a demand letter, he ignored them and at the same time went to Ghana and posted on-line claiming he made a "historic investment" into Grow, Unite, Build Africa ("GUBA") with Dentaa Amoateng. Then, he had GUBA start looking for more investors 2 days later.
If Kwame's investment was so big and "historic" why was he directing Dentaa to announce they were seeking MORE investors immediately afterwards.
Dentaa is well aware Kwame is a crook, yet she keeps him connected to the mission.
When GSUL sued Kwame in November 2025 and the Sacramento Business Journal contacted him for comment (CLICK FOR ARTICLE), Kwame lied and said their claims were "baseless" and that he agreed to return the money at the end of 2025, not by June 30, 2025 as they claimed.
It is now 2026 and Kwame still has not returned their money. As stated on his own website, he is actively seeking new investors "fundraising in progress"... which sounds like an illegal Ponzi Scheme to pay back the investors he owes.

If you see Kwame's instagram page, you will notice he has taken photos with famous people.
Are they real friends? No.
He would use the money from investors (meant to support "Black Owned" businesses in exchange for dividend returns) to buy VIP tickets to events to get close to famous people to take photos.
Why? To build up his fake credibility. He figured, if he was seen with successful people, other people would assume he was also successful - and give him money.

A few years ago, a month after GSUL invested $300,000 into Kwame's "investment fund", he posted on social media about being on a billboard.
He posted a photo of the billboard and captioned it, "The moment you are driving down the freeway in Sacramento and look up and see this!"
He bought and paid for his own Billboard to promote himself, pretending like the bank who gave him a loan put up a billboard for him.
What bank pays for a billboard to promote a person they gave a loan to?
Why not pay for a billboard ad to promote the companies he "invested" in (using other people's money and a bank loan)?
Why not promote their businesses and direct people to a website to purchase their products?
Because Kwame is self-centered, self-absorbed and thinks he is the smartest person on the planet, and everyone else is dumb.
Kwame wanted to see his own photo on a Billboard and then act surprised to brag about himself on social media. What. A. Clown.
He even tagged the photographer of the headshot he used in the billboard (who lives in Austria).

Kwame has been running a play called the 'I invest in Black Women" scam whereby he tries to look good by stating statistics regarding how little Black female founders receive in start up capital.

Behind the scenes he has been treating his Black female sister and Black female cousin like garbage. *Our cousin is 10% owner of my Dad's company - the same amount of shares as him). She was given her 10% long before my brothers received any.
Kwame has been trying to use fraudulent and deceitful tactics to try to steal all of the inheritance from his Black female sister and Black female cousin. How is he a champion for Black Women?

In Ghana, it is customary to give the body of the deceased to the family (the brothers and sisters, NOT the children).
Kofi refused to give my Dad's siblings his body to allow them the opportunity to bury him when and where they wanted.

My brothers barely did anything to build my Dad's company and never put any money into it. Their 10% shares were given to them in 2023, one year before my Dad passed away.

The land Kofi and Maame are illegally selling was bought and paid for by my Dad. Which means, any buyers that give money to Kofi and Maame for land, will not legally own the land.

Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu ILLEGALLY appointed herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's company, two days after he suddenly died - while he lay in the morgue.

Days after Kofi broke into my Dad's house as he was dying to steal his copies of the Will, these crooks called an unlawful meeting.
They (Kwame, Kofi and Maame), decided Maame should name herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's multi-million dollar company.

2) Maame never worked for my Dad.
3) My Dad did not like Maame.
4) Maame is not named once in his Will. Not once!

SHAREHOLDER FRAUD
My Dad owned 70% of HIS company (which legally transfers to the Estate after death). My cousin owns 10% shares. Kofi and Kwame only own 10% each.
That means my brothers combined 20% shareholdings NO NOT give them legal authority to call meetings and make appointments.
They committed this FRAUD, after stealing the Will and knowing the contents therein.
They knew the names of the Drafter, Executors and all the beneficiaries, yet still proceeded with their illegal "shareholder" meeting.
A person does not have to be a lawyer to understand this is criminal. Yet, Thaddeus Sory and Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu [A SUPREME COURT JUDGE] both support this corrupt behavior, while publicly speaking about "legal ethics" in the media.
NOTE: Kofi and Maame call me "mentally ill" for pointing out their unbridled criminal behavior and have threatened me with "legal action" on numerous occasions.

Kofi Anku and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu ran to the Registry of Companies to file their illegal changes and appointments, behind the Executors backs (while my Dad was in the morgue, after stealing the Will).
Then, they immediately proceeded to pretend as if Dad's company was theirs for decades.

Kofi Anku illegally removed my Dad's name from his own company while he was in the morgue. Kofi erased my Dad (knowing it was a crime) and inserted his name at the Registry of Companies and falsely claiming to be the Executive Director AND a Medical Doctor!

Maame secured a job at Ashesi, which is in the process of being terminated.
Not only is she committing a string of criminal acts, Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu has been using the Ashesi University name, address and email address to spew hate, lies and slander to justify her illegal behavior.

Ever since Kwame and Kofi fell back from social media and stopped bragging and showing off their fake success... Maame and her mother started ramping up their PR media campaigns.
What is most interesting is that they both have been speaking on "INTEGRITY".

The "Private" Scam:
Defenders of my brothers, Maame, Thaddeus and Henrietta's Inheritance Theft Scam tell me I should "resolve this privately" and not call them out publicly.
Interestingly enough, these crooks refuse to speak. They only want to run their mouths slandering everyone standing for my Dad's Will, while trying to steal from everyone.
They don't want to do what is right and ethical - they want to take everything from everyone, falsely claim Kofi and Maame built MY DAD'S company and keep their false "ethical" personas intact.

1) Kofi is in a TON of debt and he needs cash to pay back his loans.
2) Kofi and Maame were already illegally selling my Dad's land behind his back while he was still alive.
3) I have evidence (from one of their land scam victims) Kofi and Maame were forging my Dad's signature, because they were so desperate for money.
4) Kofi and crew are fighting the WILL tooth-and-nail because they already have signed illegal contacts, taken money and started building on land they have no legal rights to.
5) They immediately took over my Dad's entire life and business while he was passing away, just as they were planning on doing if they successfully put the ILLEGAL conservatorship on him... but he died.

The Inheritance Theft Scam crew expected to steal my Dad's life, his company, all of his assets (that he acquired, paid for and managed) and chase everyone away through fraud, deceit and disgusting smear campaigns.
When the people they were trying to steal from didn't run away, Maame decided to file lie-infested complaints on her FAKE company letterhead to the General Legal Council about my Dad's lawyers.
The GLC panel suggested she SPEAK to the lawyers. She refused. She just wants to spew hate and lies and try to dominate everyone.
The council ultimately said my brothers already have a case contesting the Will, so she should let that play out.
Maame was angry! She thought her lies to the GLC would get my Dad's lawyers in trouble. Nope. Maame simply exposed her stupidity.

Here's the truth about Pokuase Heights:
1) My Dad bought and paid for the land in the 1990's.
2) My Dad gave Kofi a portion of the land (what is now called Pokuase Heights) to build on - FOR FREE.
3) My Dad also gave Kofi the money for the building materials and supplies - FOR FREE (this was not a loan).
4) Kofi connected with a man named Stephen Coret (he likes to hide in the background) and they claim to have built Pokuase Heights.
For years, Kofi has done PR campaigns falsely claiming he came from nothing and is a "self-made multi-millionaire". That is actually my Dad's story. Kofi stole it from my Dad.
My Dad came from a village in the Volta Region and became a self-made multi-millionaire.
My Dad bought, paid for and managed every asset in his Will. Kofi and his demonic wife claim it is all theirs and no one else (except for Thaddeus and Kwame can have their inheritances - but that's it.)
Keep in mind, my Dad paid for Kofi's private education since he was a boy, including his Columbia University tuition (which is now $80,000/year = $320,000 for four years).
Kofi did not pay one penny for his education and he has no school loans. My Dad paid for all of it.

Why does Kofi Anku lie about building Ayi Mensah Park?
It appears it is to deceive the public, as lawsuits are being filed against Kofi Anku for fraud and breach of contract.
Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu were illegally selling my Dad's land behind his back before he died.
They pocketed the money and refused refunds when people realized that Kofi and Maame did not own the land and had no legal authority to sell it.
Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from innocent people wanting to buy property in Ghana.
Kofi and Maame are con artists, pretending to be ethical real estate moguls. It's a sham.

As for Ayi Mensah Park, it was built on land my Dad purchased. My Dad paid for the 13 acres, which Indigo Homes bought FROM MY DAD, they did not buy it from Kofi.
Because of my Dad's involvement, Kofi got a job as a sales person for Indigo Homes. Kofi was a commissioned based SALES PERSON - receiving a small amount (about $2,000 USD) when he sold a unit.

Yet, Kofi Anku falsely claims he "built 300 homes!"
Is he referring to Ayi Mensah Park? Because that is a blatant lie from the pit of hell. Kofi is a pathological and compulsive liar.

Kofi broke into my Dad's house and stole his copy of the Will, as he was dying.
Then, Kofi immediately started pouncing on my land. He called to tell me that he was putting up fencing around my land within days of my Dad's death.
Then, Kofi proceeded to tell me he was taking my land from me. He falsely claimed my Dad did not "have the right" to give me land MY DAD purchased and took care of for decades.
The Executors of the Will had to put an injunction on Kofi Anku for his theft.
Then, this demon disobeyed the court order and proceeded to build.

1) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Kofi Anku broke into my Dad's house and STOLE MY DAD'S WILL, money, land titles and other documents while he was dying.
2) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku lied to the court about (a) being in possession of the Will (b) opening the seal and reading the Will and (c) sending the Will all over the world.
3) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY appointed Kofi as Managing Director (my Dad's position) and Maame as Director and Secretary. They did this behind my back and behind the backs of the Executors and other shareholder.
*Kofi only had 10% shares of the company. He, as well as Maame were aware they DO NOT HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY to have shareholder meetings and make decisions about my Dad's company.
4) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY claimed ownership of the company while my Dad was in the morgue, two days after he suddenly died.
5) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku took their ILLEGAL company papers to the bank and committed BANK FRAUD.

Kofi piggy backs off of his Ayi Mensah Park Scam to try to sell his Boma Ayi Mensah.
He wants unsuspecting innocent property buyers to think he built Ayi Mensah Park. But you need to ask yourself:
"If Kofi Anku really built 300 homes, why would he take 1.5 years to build ONE poorly built duplex on unstable land - that he hasn't even been able to complete?"
This math is not mathing.
"Why did Kofi reduce the price from $250,000 to $170,000? Slashing $80,000?"
Because nobody wants to buy Boma Ayi Mensah. People want to buy from a reputable, honest land developer, not a scam artist who stole his father's life and pretends as if it is his own.

While Kofi, Kwame, Maame and Thaddeus were running despicable smear campaigns against my Dad's Will Drafter and Executors and delaying the reading of the Will (after having stolen the Will) - Kofi Anku started advertising an illegal Ponzi Scheme called Owner's Key.
While my Dad was in the morgue, he and Lorraine Wright announced their official launch of a "fractional ownership" scam.
They were telling people to pay them $10,000 USD for a fraction of a piece of property. They falsely claimed they would give these "investors" quarterly dividend rental income.
NOTE: Kofi Anku and Lorraine Wright do not have the legal authority to wrap real estate purchases as investment instruments.
This Owners-Key.com is a complete scam. Lorraine even stated "investment is at risk" on her Instagram page...aka - "you will never see your money again."
On the Owner's Key Ponzi Scheme website Kofi Anku LIES and says he built 300 homes.
Ask for proof, his Youtube scam videos are not proof. He lies on social media, like he breathes...it is natural for him. He thrives on bragging about fake accomplishments and fake success.

One of the ways Kofi was able to peddle his "I built 300 homes" lie for so long, was by paying youtube influencers to film him and talk about how great he is. In exchange, they received payment and/or referral commission on sales.
NOTE: There is nothing wrong with a Youtube personality to receive a payment or a percentage commission to promote a legitimate product or service.
The problem arises when the Content Creator receives funds to promote a scam (knowingly or unknowingly).
Some of the people Kofi commissioned to help him scam people via their Youtube Channels are:
Lorraine Wright - the co-founder of Kofi's "Owner's Key" Ponzi Scam
Ivy Prosper - she also interviewed Kwame and promoted his scam
Dentaa Amoateng - of G.U.B.A. - the same woman Kwame claimed he "invested in" while he was also ignoring GSUL as they were demanding their $300,000 he took from their non-profit, right before they sued him.
Vanessa Kanbi - she is also currently promoting Kofi and Kwame's mother's house in London (bought and paid for by her ex husband Brian Quartey - who abused me by bribing crooked lawyers in Los Angeles to tamper with my court records).
They first advertised the house for $5,995,000 pounds (approx. 8 million USD). Note: This happened immediately after they realized I had audio recordings of Kofi admitting to his criminal acts.
Then after being on the market for nearly a year with no buyer, they lowered the price to 5,000,000 pounds (approx. $6,725,000 USD).
1) Did they put the London house up for sale because they finally realized their plan to steal everyone's inheritance is useless?
2) If Kofi is such a "great developer of 300 homes", why is he not showcasing the house?
3) Why are hiding the fact that the seller is Kofi's mother and former step-father?

"Expat Life Ghana" Scam:
When I discovered Ayo and Tony Jones of "Expat Life Ghana" were hosting an event with Kofi, I reached out ONLY TWO TIMES to let them know he is a fraud.
I also alerted the other speakers (for their awareness and safety). Then, Ayo and Tony replied by sending me a completely UNHINGED email lashing out and threatening me.
They claimed my two emails sent TO PROTECT THEM AND THEIR AUDIENCE caused Ayo and Tony "health problems" and that it was "wildly inappropriate" for me to let the speakers know the truth about Kofi Anku's toxic and ILLEGAL behavior.
Ayo Jones and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana even told me not to contact government officials to let them know about Kofi as it "damages their business".
1) Why don't they want me to contact the Ghanaian Government? What are they trying to hide?
2) If they know Kofi Anku has not built 200 homes (or 300 as he interchanges the number), why promote him and lie to the public about it?
3) If they know Kofi was not the builder of Ayi Mensah Park, why help him deceive the public?
They even did a "prayer session" at the poorly attended event. Who were they praying to? What were they praying about?
They lie publicly and claim 300 people were at their event. False.
Ayo and Tony told me not to contact them. Fine. They read my two emails and they responded once, I am not sending them another email.
If they want to continue to promote fraud, so be it. But, they can't feign ignorance.

For many speaker event summits, the speakers pay a fee to the host, so the speaker can leverage the event to build credibility and promote themselves. This is fine when the speaker is not looking for victims to abuse.
NOTE: The event was poorly attended by the photos on-line. The entire front row was "reserved" for the speakers and there were two or three small rows behind, sparsely filled.

ACTIVE FRAUD LAWSUIT AGAINST The Kofi Anku & Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu
There is currently an active fraud lawsuit against Kofi Anku for his land fraud. He cheated a woman out of nearly $20,000 USD and abused her with Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu.
Kofi and Maame claim that they do not have to give the money back because she posted about her horrific experience with them on Instagram and has been vocal on-line about their land fraud scams (to warn other people).
The woman's name is Elise, she is a Ghanaian living in Scotland.

They thought they could steal my Dad's life and company, claim it as their own and try to look legitimate using fraudulent tactics - and no one would do anything about it.

In addition to all of this fraud, they then printed FAKE LETTERHEAD paper and submitted lie-infested complaints about the honorable Drafter and Executors of my Dad's Will... using their FAKE COMPANY as basis to try to steal everyone's inheritance.
