Financial Turmoil:
For years, Kwame Anku called himself an "investor". In 2023 he persuaded Greater Sacramento Urban League to "invest" $300,000 into his company Black Star Fund.
Kwame falsely claimed his company was worth 25 million dollars. After receiving the money, HE GHOSTED THEM - never providing any investment dividend income or financial records.
NOTE: As soon as Kwame received the $300,000 he went on a years-long, first-class vacation spree around the world - he even photo-documented it on Instagram. In one tropical location, he hired a photographer to take photos of him, in a romantic setting BY HIMSELF on the beach, sipping champagne. Strange...
When the new Greater Sacramento Urban League (GSUL) CEO arrived in 2025 and looked at the books, he questioned Kwame about this money. They agreed to terminate the relationship and Kwame said he would return the money.
But instead of returning the money, he ignored them. He claims to be a "multi-millionaire", so why not write a check or send a wire transfer?
They sent a demand letter, he ignored them and at the same time went to Ghana and posted on-line claiming he made a "historic investment" into Grow, Unite, Build Africa ("GUBA"). Then had GUBA start looking for more investors 2 days later.
Does Kwame Anku's 'Investment Fund" sound like a Ponzi Scheme?
When GSUL sued Kwame in November 2025 and the Sacramento Business Journal contacted him for comment (CLICK FOR ARTICLE), he said their claims were "baseless" and that he agreed to return the money at the end of 2025, not by June 30, 2025 as they claimed.
It is now 2026 and Kwame still has not returned their money. As stated on his own website, he is actively seeking new investors "fundraising in progress"...which sounds like an illegal Ponzi Scheme to pay back the investors he owes.
Is this why Kwame is shamefully claiming inheritance he knows belongs to others? Is it because he is in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt?
DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY INTO BLACK STAR FUND OR KWAME ANKU.
Kwame has also been slandering my Dad in death along with Kofi Anku, Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Thadeaus Sory while also attempting to steal everyone's inheritance claiming IT ALL belongs to Kwame and Kofi.

My brothers barely did anything to build my Dad's company and never put any money into it. Their 10% shares were given to them in 2023, one year before my Dad passed away.
So, why does Kofi Anku falsely claim he built the company with his corrupt wife for the last 28 years?
The land Kofi and Maame are illegally selling was bought and paid for by my Dad. Which means, any buyers that give money to Kofi and Maame for land, will not legally own it.

They will have to sue them to get the money back - as they have a history of taking money and not returning it, even when the land / home is not delivered as promised.
Maame did not work one day for my Dad, they barely spoke and he did not like her.
He said she controls Kofi. Now, as "Kofi's lawyer" Maame has been out-of-control illegally claiming my Dad's company as her own with Kofi.
Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu illegally appointed herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's company, two days after he suddenly died - while he lay in the morgue.
She is a disgusting demon.

Ayi Mensah Park Scam:
Why does Kofi Anku lie about building Ayi Mensah Park?
It appears it is to deceive the public, as lawsuits are being filed against Kofi Anku for fraud and breach of contract.
Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu were illegally selling my Dad's land behind his back before he died.
They pocketed the money and refused refunds when people realized they did not own the land and had no legal authority to sell it.
Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from innocent people wanting to buy property in Ghana.

Until I exposed them, Maame and Kofi pretended like they were not married and acted like Maame was Kofi's unrelated lawyer.
If they have been married for 18 years, why has Kofi only publically posted Maame about 5-10 times in nearly two decades? Yet he is seen hugging and whatnot with other women on-line?
This is bizarre.
As for Ayi Mensah Park, it was built on land my Dad purchased.
Because of my Dad's involvement, Kofi got a job as a sales person for Indigo Homes. He received a commission when he sold a unit. He is NOT the builder of Ayi Mensah Park.
Kofi was a commissioned based sales person. Yet, Kofi Anku falsely claims he "built 300 homes"! Is he referring to Ayi Mensah Park? Because that is a blatant lie.

Indigo Homes has not yet replied to communications asking why they allow this scammer to lie to the public about building their community.

Criminal Contempt of Court:
As soon as my Dad suddenly passed away and Kofi stole the Will as he was dying, Kofi started pouncing on my land.
He called to tell me that he was putting up fencing around it. Then, he proceeded to tell me he was taking it from me.
The Executors of the Will had to put an injunction on him. He disobeyed and proceeded to build. He had containers put on my land and brought in people to start destroying the land will bulldozers.

A petition was filed for him to be held in contempt of court. He lies to Judge's faces and thinks he and his corrupt lawyer wife are above the law. Kofi Anku was held in criminal contempt of court for attempting to steal my land AFTER the Judge told him to stay away from it.

Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu
Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND IN MY DAD'S WILL.
Yet, while my Dad was in the morgue (after her husband Kofi Anku stole my Dad's Will while my Dad was dying), Maame illegally appointed herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's company.
This is two days after he died.
My Dad did not like Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and barely spoke to her. And said she controls Kofi.
Maame did not work one day in her life for my Dad. Not. One. Day.
Then, she thought she could illegally appoint herself in my Dad's company and run Kofi and everyone else.
Maame is delusional.
My Dad did not name her in his Will. So, this evil, bitter, satanic thing thought she could steal from him in death and steal everyone's inheritance...because Kofi (who cheats on her) needs her to help him scam people. They are a match made in hell.

Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu's mother is a Supreme Court Judge in Ghana. She is very much aware of her daughter and son-in-law's criminal activities. What is she doing about it?

1) They stole my Dad's will while he was dying.
2) They lied to the court about being in possession of the Will, reading it and sending it all over the world.
3) They illegally appointed Kofi as Managing Director (my Dad's position) and Maame as Director (Kofi's former position) and Secretary. They did this behind my back and behind the backs of the Executors.
*Kofi only had 10% shares of the company. He, as well as Maame were aware they did not have legal authority to have shareholder meetings and make decisions about my Dad's company.
Maame and Kofi are criminals.
4) They illegally claimed ownership of the company while my Dad was in the morgue, two days after he suddenly died.
5) They took their illegal company papers to the bank and committed BANK FRAUD.
6) They illegally took over my Dad's bank accounts and stole money.
7) They illegally changed the name of my Dad's company and claimed it as their own to deceive people.
8) They created t-shirts and a website and now pretend that they built the company since 1998 (Kofi and Maame didn't even know each other in 1998 and Kofi was living in New York City). This fraud is illegal.
9) Henrietta knows her daughter NEVER worked for my Dad.
10) They wanted to force my Dad into an illegal conservatorship to steal all of his money and put everything in Kofi's name.
11) They are the only ones (along with Kwame Anku and Thaddeus Sory) that falsely claim my Dad died of a "secret illness".
12) They started trying to sell land that belongs to my Dad and was gifted to others in his Will. This is illegal.
Does Henrietta think she can steal inheritance given to others because her daughter is a criminal, married to Kofi?

- Is Henrietta greedy like her daughter?
- Does Henrietta think she has a right to what my Dad left to others?
- Is that why she has nothing to say about her own daughter committing multiple felony crimes?

Boma Ayi Mensah Scam:
Kofi piggy backs off of his Ayi Mensah Park Scam to try to sell his Boma Ayi Mensah.
He wants unsuspecting innocent property buyers to think he built Ayi Mensah Park. But you need to ask yourself:
"If Kofi Anku really built 300 homes, why would he take 1.5 years to build a poorly built duplex on unstable land - that he hasn't even been able to complete?"
This math is not mathing.
"Why did Kofi reduce the price from $250,000 to $170,000? Slashing $80,000?"
Because nobody wants to buy Boma Ayi Mensah. People want to buy from a reputable, honest land developer, not a scam artist.

Owner's Key Scam:
While Kofi, Kwame, Maame and Thaddeus were running despicable smear campaigns against my Dad's Will drafter and Executors and delaying the reading of the Will - Kofi started a Ponzi Scheme called Owner's Key.
While my Dad was in the morgue he and Lorraine Wright announced their official launch of a "fractional ownership" scam.
They were telling people to pay them $10,000 USD for a fraction of a piece of property. They falsely claimed they would give these "investors" quarterly dividend rental income.
Kofi Anku and Lorraine Wright do not have the legal authority to wrap real estate purchases as investment instruments.
This Owners-Key.com is a complete scam. Lorraine even stated "investment is at risk" on her Instagram page...aka - "you will never see your money again."
On the Owner's Key Ponzi Scheme website Kofi Anku LIES and says he built 300 homes.
Ask for proof. He did not build Ayi Mensah Park..so where are these 300 homes located?

"Expat Life Ghana" Scam:
When I discovered Ayo and Tony Jones of "Expat Life Ghana" were hosting an event with Kofi, I reached out ONLY TWO TIMES to let them know he is a fraud.
I also alerted the other speakers (for their awareness and safety). Then, Ayo and Tony replied by sending me a completely unhinged email lashing out and threatening me.
They claimed my two emails sent TO PROTECT THEM AND THEIR AUDIENCE caused Ayo and Tony "health problems" and that it was "wildly inappropriate" for me to let the speakers know the truth about Kofi's toxic behavior.
Ayo Jones and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana even told me not to contact government officials to let them know about Kofi as it "damages their business".
1) Why don't they want me to contact the Ghanaian Government? What are they trying to hide?
2) If they know Kofi Anku has not built 200 homes (or 300 as he interchanges the number), why promote him and lie to the public about it?
3) If they know Kofi was not the builder of Ayi Mensah Park, why deceive the public?
They even did a "prayer session" at the poorly attended event. Who were they praying to? What were they praying about?
Ayo and Tony told me not to contact them. Fine. They read my two emails and responded once, I am not sending them another email.
If they want to continue to promote fraud, so be it. But, they can't feign ignorance.
Ayo and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana should be thanking me for alerting them of Kofi Anku's fraudulent and criminal activities.
Instead they did not just tell me not to contact them, they also told me not to contact the government! 🤪
But if a business or a government office/official has a publicly available email address on-line, there is no law that states a person can not email them. If that said person or business doesn't want someone to email them, they can speak for themselves.
Ayo and Tony claim I can not do any "unauthorized outreach" to anyone connected to them, including any government officials, as they do not want me to expose Kofi's con jobs.
Do they expect me to ask them for permission and received "authorization" to report their connection to a fraudulent speaker they hosted at their event?
Ayo and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana do not own human beings.
Threatening me if I contact the Ghanaian Government is wildly inappropriate.
- Why are Ayo and Tony of Expat Life Ghana so eager to protect Kofi Anku's fake image and false real estate success claims?
- Why are Ayo and Tony of Expat Life Ghana so eager to help Kofi Anku defraud people?
- If they were unaware before my two emails, why threaten me when they were alerted of the truth? Have they received money to promote Kofi's fraud?
- After seeing evidence of what Kofi and his wife Maame did to one of their Land Fraud victims, why are they attacking and trying to silence me?
Just some questions to think about...
*Maybe Ayo and Tony got paid to promote Kofi and didn't want to give the money back.
For many speaker event summits, the speakers pay a fee to the host, so the speaker can leverage the event to build credibility and promote themselves. This is fine when the speaker is not looking for victims to abuse.
NOTE: The event was poorly attended by the photos on-line. The entire front row was "reserved" for the speakers and there were two or three small rows behind, sparsely filled.

Kofi Anku is a known adulterer. He is not faithful to his wife (Maame is aware and doesn't care as she knows he won't leave because he needs her to carry out her illegal "legal" actions as his lawyer).
There is something deranged about a person who thinks they can entangle themselves in the filth of infidelity while simultaneously cheat land buyers - and think there are no consequences.
Kofi Anku is definitely one of the best actors in the world, a master manipulator -as his lies are undetectable to most.
The fake, charming outgoing personality is a cover for a very devious, sinister, prideful, arrogant, unfaithful, untrustworthy, dishonest, fame-hungry, money-hungry, greedy snake.
If you think a man that sleeps around and lies about it - will honor you in business, by all means - buy from him. But if you want to do business with a man of honor, stay away from Kofi Anku.
