Financial Turmoil:

For years, Kwame Anku called himself an "investor". In 2023 he persuaded Greater Sacramento Urban League to "invest" $300,000 into his company Black Star Fund.

Kwame falsely claimed his company was worth 25 million dollars. After receiving the money, HE GHOSTED THEM - never providing any investment dividend income or financial records.

 

NOTE: As soon as Kwame received the $300,000 he went on a years-long, first-class vacation spree around the world - he even photo-documented it on Instagram. In one tropical location, he hired a photographer to take photos of him, in a romantic setting BY HIMSELF on the beach, sipping champagne. Strange...

When the new Greater Sacramento Urban League (GSUL) CEO arrived in 2025 and looked at the books, he questioned Kwame about this money. They agreed to terminate the relationship and Kwame said he would return the money.

But instead of returning the money, he ignored them. He claims to be a "multi-millionaire", so why not write a check or send a wire transfer?

They sent a demand letter, he ignored them and at the same time went to Ghana and posted on-line claiming he made a "historic investment" into Grow, Unite, Build Africa ("GUBA") with Dentaa Amoateng. Then, he had GUBA start looking for more investors 2 days later.

If Kwame's investment was so big and "historic" why was he directing Dentaa to announce they were seeking MORE investors immediately afterwards. 

Dentaa is well aware Kwame is a crook, yet she keeps him connected to the mission. 

When GSUL sued Kwame in November 2025 and the Sacramento Business Journal contacted him for comment (CLICK FOR ARTICLE), Kwame lied and said their claims were "baseless" and that he agreed to return the money at the end of 2025, not by June 30, 2025 as they claimed.

It is now 2026 and Kwame still has not returned their money. As stated on his own website, he is actively seeking new investors "fundraising in progress"... which sounds like an illegal Ponzi Scheme to pay back the investors he owes.

Is this why Kwame is shamefully claiming everyone's inheritance belongs to him and Kofi (with Thaddeus Sory, Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu leeching on as parasites)?

For years, Kwame Yao Anku has been peddling a lie that he "grew up in the projects". It is a filthy lie.

He grew up in an upper middle class, clean, safe, friendly, predominately white neighborhood (Ledgewood, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio).

Kwame was in PRIVATE SCHOOLS since he was a little boy (he went to Lake Ridge Academy - a college prep school, which now costs over $25,000/year in tuition) and then went to Stanford University (which now costs over $100,000/year in tuition).

MY. DAD. PAID. FOR. IT. ALL.

Kwame did not pay one penny for his education, yet he loves to pretend my Dad never existed and that he came from nothing. Kwame is a complete scumbag.

Why does Kwame Anku falsely claim he is from the ghetto? To garner sympathy and of course, get money.

If you see Kwame's instagram page, you will notice he has taken photos with famous people.

Are they real friends? No.

He would use the money from investors (meant to support "Black Owned" businesses in exchange for dividend returns) to buy VIP tickets to events to get close to famous people to take photos. 

Why? To build up his fake credibility. He figured, if he was seen with successful people, other people would assume he was also successful - and give him money.

Billboard Scam:

A few years ago, a month after GSUL invested $300,000 into Kwame's "investment fund", he posted on social media about being on a billboard.

He posted a photo of the billboard and captioned it, "The moment you are driving down the freeway in Sacramento and look up and see this!"

He bought and paid for his own Billboard to promote himself, pretending like the bank who gave him a loan put up a billboard for him.

What bank pays for a billboard to promote a person they gave a loan to?

Why didn't he pay for a billboard ad to promote the companies he "invested" in (using other people's money and a bank loan)?

Why not promote their businesses and direct people to a website to purchase their products?

Because Kwame is self-centered, self-absorbed and thinks he is the smartest person on the planet, and everyone else is dumb.

Kwame wanted to see his own photo on a Billboard and then act surprised to brag about himself on social media. What. A. Clown.

He even tagged the photographer of the headshot he used in the billboard (who lives in Austria).

Kwame has been running a play called the 'I invest in Black Women" scam whereby he tries to look good by stating statistics regarding how little Black female founders receive in start up capital. 

Then, he claims he wants to be the one to fix it. What. A. Joke.

Behind the scenes he has been treating his Black female sister and Black female cousin like garbage. *Our cousin is 10% owner of my Dad's company (the same amount of shares as him). She was given her 10% long before my brothers received any. 

Kwame has been trying to use fraudulent and deceitful tactics to try to steal all of the inheritance from his Black female sister and Black female cousin. How is he a champion for Black Women?

 

Kwame really thought he could (a) successfully steal inheritance from two Black women he is related to and then (b) go on pretending he is an advocate for Black women.

This man is a two-faced crook with absolutely zero integrity.

Who on earth would go to his website, then check each person's Linkedin pages to see if/when they worked for Kwame. Nobody!

He wants to deceive people (investors and speaking engagement organizers) into thinking he is so rich and successful that he currently employees 6 people.

NOTE: Kwame constantly talks about "Black owned businesses" but the only Black people that he shows on his non-existent team are two summer interns (the black female only worked for 2 months). Interesting...

BODY THEFT

In Ghana, it is customary to give the body of the deceased to the family (the brothers and sisters, NOT the children).

Kofi refused to give my Dad's siblings his body to allow them the opportunity to bury him when and where they wanted.

SPIRIT OF GREED

My brothers barely did anything to build my Dad's company and never put any money into it. Their 10% shares were given to them in 2023, one year before my Dad passed away.

So, why does Kofi Anku falsely claim he built the company with his corrupt wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu for the last 28 years?

The land Kofi and Maame are illegally selling was bought and paid for by my Dad. Which means, any buyers that give money to Kofi and Maame for land, will not legally own the land.

Kofi and Maame's scam victims will (a) lose all the land (as the transactions are unlawful) and (b) have to sue them to get the money back - as they have a history of taking money and not returning it, even when the land / home is not delivered as promised.

Maame did not work one day for my Dad, they barely spoke and he did not like her. 

My Dad said "Maame controls Kofi".

Now that he is in Heaven, as "Kofi's lawyer" Maame has been out-of-control illegally claiming my Dad's company as her own.

WILL THEFT

As my Dad was passing away, Kofi broke into his house to steal his Will, land titles, important documents and money. Kofi, Kwame, Maame and Thaddeus all LIED to the courts about this ILLEGAL act. 

 

UNLAWFUL SHAREHOLDER MEETING

Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu ILLEGALLY appointed herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's company, two days after he suddenly died - while he lay in the morgue.

She is a disgusting demon, a complete disgrace of a human being.

Days after Kofi broke into my Dad's house as he was dying to steal his copies of the Will, these crooks called an unlawful meeting. 

 

They (Kwame, Kofi and Maame), decided Maame should name herself Director and Secretary of my Dad's multi-million dollar company. 

1) My Dad barely spoke to Maame.

2) Maame never worked for my Dad.

3) My Dad did not like Maame.

4) Maame is not named once in his Will. Not once!

 

As a lawyer, Maame was fully aware what she was doing was illegal. She has studied the law for years. But her money hungry, demented mind wants everything. With her SUPREME COURT Judge mother, Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu supporting this filthy conduct.

 

SHAREHOLDER FRAUD

My Dad owned 70% of HIS company (which legally transfers to the Estate after death). My cousin owns 10% shares. Kofi and Kwame only own 10% each.

 

That means my brothers combined 20% shareholdings NO NOT give them legal authority to call meetings and make appointments. 

 

They committed this FRAUD, after stealing the Will and knowing the contents therein.

 

They knew the names of the Drafter, Executors and all the beneficiaries, yet still proceeded with their illegal "shareholder" meeting.

 

A person does not have to be a lawyer to understand this is CRIMINAL.

 

Yet, Thaddeus Sory and Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu [A SUPREME COURT JUDGE] both support this corrupt behavior, while publicly speaking about "legal ethics" in the media.

 

NOTE: Kofi and Maame call me "mentally ill" for pointing out their unbridled criminal behavior and have threatened me with "legal action" on numerous occasions for speaking the truth.

 

Maame claims she is going to sue me for defamation. It appears Kofi, Maame and her Judge mother do not understand that defamation means the statements are not true. 

 

My statements are true and backed with evidence, so I continue to broadcast their evil agendas and wicked ways.

 

Here is a screenshot of Kofi's Facebook post from March 1, 2026. He ADMITS to this unlawful shareholder meeting and Maame becoming Director. He stupidly EXPOSED his own criminal actions. 

*This meeting was held after they STOLE the Will. Kofi, Kwame and Maame had NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to do this. 

And when I say Maame is getting fired from Ashesi University, according to their own code of conduct policies, BREAKING THE LAW is cause for termination.

It's just a matter of time. How can they explain to students and their parents that criminal conduct of employees is condoned?

 

ILLEGAL COMPANY CHANGES

Kofi Anku and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu ran to the Registry of Companies to file their illegal changes and appointments, behind the Executors backs (while my Dad was in the morgue, after stealing the Will).

Then, they immediately proceeded to pretend as if Dad's company was theirs for decades.

Kofi Anku illegally removed my Dad's name from his own company while he was in the morgue. Kofi erased my Dad (knowing it was a crime) and inserted his name at the Registry of Companies and falsely claiming to be the Executive Director AND a Medical Doctor!

 

My Dad was a Medical Doctor. Why is Kofi now pretending to be a doctor? 

 

KOFI'S "28 YEAR" SCAM

Kofi loves lying to people and falsely claiming he has been runing MY DAD'S company for 28 YEARS.

This is a lie from the pit of hell. My Dad ran his own company for 28 years. He gave Kofi a title, but my Dad controlled EVERYTHING! 

Kofi did NOT have any authority to do any of the following:

❌ Sell land

❌ Sign contracts

❌ Deposit money into the bank

❌ Withdrawal money from the bank

 

Kofi had absolutely NO AUTHORITY or POWER in the company whatsoever.

 

That is why he has been STEALING everything. Including my Dad's entire life.

These crooked brothers love to take credit for my Dad's decades of hard work and tell people it's always been a "family business" that they built.

Not only is it false that Kofi has been running my Dad's company for the last 28 years, but he was in LONDON FOR YEARS with his children and corrupt wife, staying at Kofi's mom's house. 

My Dad was running his own company until he passed at age 84!

 

ASHESI UNIVERSITY SCAM

Maame secured a job at Ashesi, which is in the process of being terminated. 

Not only is she committing a string of criminal acts, Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu has been using the Ashesi University name, address and email address to spew hate, lies and slander to justify her illegal behavior. 

She has been using the university as a platform for her corruption.

This goes against the Ashesi Code of Conduct (which can be read on-line inside of their employee handbook).

 

Ashesi University can not keep a crooked lawyer on staff while standing on morals and values; as they look complicit aiding and abetting a prideful, arrogant demon.

Neither Maame nor Henrietta received any gifts in my Dad's Will. Not one cedi. Not one dollar. Not on square foot or square meter of land. N-O-T-H-I-N-G!

 

UNIVERSITY OF GHANA SCAM

In an attempt to cover up their corruption, Henrietta arranged to have her crooked daughter Maame to speak at the graduation in July 2026. Her message: "honour your professional oaths, uphold integrity and pursue success with purpose." This greedy demon straight up LIED to the students, their parent and the entire faculty.

This mother-daughter duo is truly diabolical. 

Maame, with her mother's support has committed bank fraud, land fraud, theft, perjury and forgery just to name a few of her crimes. 

TWITTER ERUPTS

On August 12, 2026 I posted a reply tweet to an Ashesi Board member's tweet (Sangu Delle, a lawyer). He was recommending Ashesi. 

He re-tweeted my tweet attempting to put me down, claiming he knew about Maame's crimes and called it a "family dispute".  My tweet went VIRAL with over 200,000 views within 48-hours. 

Ashesi is well aware they have a crook as their "Head of Law" Department. They are also aware her mother, Henrietta a Supreme Court is crooked, too.

Doesn't Ashesi University have at least ONE ethical lawyer on their legal team or board of directors?

I am sure there is at least one faculty member that understands breaking the law several times over is grounds for employee termination.

The "Private" Scam:

Defenders of my brothers, Maame, Thaddeus and Henrietta's Inheritance Theft Scam tell me I should "resolve this privately" and not call them out publicly.

 

Interestingly enough, these crooks refuse to speak. They only want to run their mouths slandering everyone standing for my Dad's Will, while trying to steal from everyone.

 

They don't want to do what is right and ethical - they want to take everything from everyone, falsely claim Kofi and Maame built MY DAD'S company and keep their false "ethical" personas intact.

 

TOO LATE. They have been exposed.

I sent a WhatsApp message to Kofi asking to speak to Henrietta. Of course, no response... I want to ask her on what planet is all of this crooked behavior she is supporting, LEGAL? 

 

They know exactly what they are doing and they know it is CRIMINAL.

 

So, in their eyes, what is the point of having conversations the the Drafter, Executors and other beneficiaries?

 

They refuse to speak to anyone who will not help them facilitate their corruption.

They want to slander and steal.

I must say, Henrietta is the most disappointing of them all... a female Supreme Court Judge behaving so ungodly.

 

I think Henrietta is upset because her son-in-law is a bum. Kofi hasn't done anything for her family, except lie about his accomplishments and brag about my Dad's accomplishments as his own.

 

So I believe, Henrietta thinks my Dad's money and land is her money and land. Since Kofi hasn't produced anything but fake success in the nearly 20 years he has been married to her daughter.

So, now Henrietta is supporting Kofi's illegal attempts to steal "success" to make her look good.

 

Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu is an absolute disgrace.

 

Kwame and Kofi are so ignorant, they don't even realize Henrietta, Maame and Thaddeus are running them both into the ground.

 

My Dad set them up for generations, but they are allowing these foolish, corrupt lawyers to leverage their greedy and prideful hearts.

As soon as my Dad suddenly died (NOT from a "secret illness") Kofi was running around like a bat of out hell building on land IN MY DAD'S WILL.

He was showing off all over social media, claiming it was his and trying to sell it. 

1) Kofi is in a TON of debt and he needs cash to pay back his loans.

2) Kofi and Maame were already illegally selling my Dad's land behind his back while he was still alive.

3) I have evidence (from one of their land scam victims) Kofi and Maame were forging my Dad's signature, because they were so desperate for money. 

4) Kofi and crew are fighting the WILL tooth-and-nail because they already have signed illegal contacts, taken money and started building on land they have no legal rights to. 

5) They immediately took over my Dad's entire life and business while he was passing away, just as they were planning on doing if they successfully put the ILLEGAL conservatorship on him... but he died. 

Kofi, Kwame, Maame, Henrietta and Thaddeus have been doing everything to frustrate the Estate, by any means necessary. But it's all backfiring.

Maame's General Legal Council Scam:

The Inheritance Theft Scam crew expected to steal my Dad's life, his company, all of his assets (that he acquired, paid for and managed) and chase everyone away through fraud, deceit and disgusting smear campaigns. 

 

When the people they were trying to steal from didn't run away, Maame decided to file lie-infested complaints on her FAKE company letterhead to the General Legal Council about my Dad's lawyers.

 

The GLC panel suggested she SPEAK to the lawyers. She refused. She just wants to spew hate and lies and try to dominate everyone. 

The council ultimately said my brothers already have a case contesting the Will, so she should let that play out. 

 

Maame was angry! She thought her lies to the GLC would get my Dad's lawyers in trouble. Nope. Maame simply exposed her stupidity.

General Legal Council Complaints AGAINST Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu:

What is happening is that their pitiful case against Will was never supposed to get this far. They expected everyone to give up, rather than deal with their diabolical chaos.

 

Instead, there are now MULTIPLE cases filed against Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu for her non-stop fraud, deceit, abuse and criminal conduct.

For some odd reason Kofi pretends that he "came from nothing, moved to Ghana and became a multi-millionaire."

Here's the truth about Pokuase Heights:

1) My Dad bought and paid for the land in the 1990's.

2) My Dad gave Kofi a portion of the land (what is now called Pokuase Heights) to build on - FOR FREE. 

3) My Dad also gave Kofi the money for the building materials and supplies - FOR FREE (this was not a loan).

4) Kofi connected with a man named Stephen Coret (he likes to hide in the background) and they claim to have built Pokuase Heights.

 

For years, Kofi has done PR campaigns falsely claiming he came from nothing and is a "self-made multi-millionaire". That is actually my Dad's story. Kofi stole it from my Dad.

My Dad came from a village in the Volta Region and became a self-made multi-millionaire.

My Dad bought, paid for and managed every asset in his Will. Kofi and his demonic wife claim it is all theirs and no one else can have their inheritances (except for Thaddeus and Kwame - but that's it.)

Keep in mind, my Dad paid for Kofi's private education since he was a boy, including his University School in Shaker Heights (private upper school is now nearly $50,000/year = $200,000 for 4 years of High School) and Columbia University tuition (which is now $80,000/year = $320,000 for four years).

Kofi did not pay one penny for his education and he has no school loans.

My Dad paid for all of it.

Why does Kofi Anku lie about building Ayi Mensah Park? 

It appears it is to deceive the public, as lawsuits are being filed against Kofi Anku for fraud and breach of contract.

Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu were illegally selling my Dad's land behind his back before he died. 

They pocketed the money and refused refunds when people realized that Kofi and Maame did not own the land and had no legal authority to sell it.

Kofi Anku and his wife Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from innocent people wanting to buy property in Ghana.

If they have been married for 18 years, why has Kofi only publicly posted Maame about 5-10 times in nearly two decades?

Yet he is seen hugging and whatnot with other women in videos and photos on-line, with his wicked partner-in-crime nowhere to be found in these postings?

This is bizarre.

 

As for Ayi Mensah Park, it was built on land my Dad purchased. My Dad paid for the 13 acres, which Indigo Homes bought FROM MY DAD, they did not buy it from Kofi. 

 

Because of my Dad's involvement, Kofi got a job as a sales person for Indigo Homes. Kofi was a commissioned based SALES PERSON - receiving a small amount (about $2,000 USD) when he sold a unit.

 

Kofi Anku is NOT the builder of Ayi Mensah Park. 

 

Yet, Kofi Anku falsely claims he "built 300 homes!"

Is he referring to Ayi Mensah Park? Because that is a blatant lie from the pit of hell. Kofi is a pathological and compulsive liar.

Criminal Contempt of Court:

Kofi broke into my Dad's house and stole his copy of the Will, as he was dying.

Then, Kofi immediately started pouncing on my land. He called to tell me that he was putting up fencing around my land within days of my Dad's death.

Then, Kofi proceeded to tell me he was taking my land from me. He falsely claimed my Dad did not "have the right" to give me land MY DAD purchased and took care of for decades. 

The Executors of the Will had to put an injunction on Kofi Anku for his theft.

 

Then, this demon disobeyed the court order and proceeded to build.

Kofi had containers put on my land and brought in people to start destroying the land with bulldozers.

3) Maame is not even a beneficiary and has NO inheritance. Although she has been married to my Dad's son for nearly two decades, my Dad purposely left her and her corrupt mother out of his Will.

1) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Kofi Anku broke into my Dad's house and STOLE MY DAD'S WILL, money, land titles and other documents while he was dying.

2) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku lied to the court about (a) being in possession of the Will (b) opening the seal and reading the Will and (c) sending the Will all over the world.

3) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY appointed Kofi as Managing Director (my Dad's position) and Maame as Director and Secretary. They did this behind my back and behind the backs of the Executors and other shareholder.

*Kofi only had 10% shares of the company. He, as well as Maame were aware they DO NOT HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY to have shareholder meetings and make decisions about my Dad's company.

4) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY claimed ownership of the company while my Dad was in the morgue, two days after he suddenly died.

5) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku took their ILLEGAL company papers to the bank and committed BANK FRAUD. 

6) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY took over my Dad's bank accounts and stole money - while he was in the morgue.

7) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku ILLEGALLY changed the name of my Dad's company and claimed it as their own to deceive people.

9) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: her daughter NEVER worked for my Dad.

10) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku wanted to force my Dad into an ILLEGAL conservatorship to steal all of his money and put everything in Kofi's name.

11) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku are the only ones (along with Kwame Anku and Thaddeus Sory) that falsely claim my Dad died of "a secret illness". 

12) Henrietta J.A.N. Mensa-Bonsu knows: Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu and Kofi Anku started trying to sell land that belongs to my Dad and was gifted to others in his Will. This is ILLEGAL.

Does Henrietta think she can steal inheritance given to others because her daughter is a criminal, married to Kofi?

1)  Thaddeus Sory oversaw the illegal break-in and theft of my Dad's Will, money, land titles and important documents (while he was passing away). Thaddeus is complicit in WILL THEFT and LIED to the courts about it. 

 

2) Thaddeus Sory oversaw Kofi's disgraceful BODY THEFT and refusal to give my Dad's body to his family for burial (which is customary in Ghana), as they requested.

 

Thaddeus, Maame, Kofi and Kwame are the only people claiming my Dad died of a "secret illness" only they knew about.

 

3) Thaddeus Sory oversaw the ILLEGAL "SHAREHOLDER MEETING" between Kofi Anku (he only has 10%), Kwame Anku (he only has 10%) and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu (SHE HAS NO SHARES AT ALL).

 

(a) One does not have to be a mathematician to know that Kwame and Kofi's total of 20% shares is NOT a majority.

 

(b) One does not have to be a lawyer, to know that this is highly illegal.

 

(c) One does not have to be a genius to see this is EXACTLY what they were planning to do to my Dad after they succeeded in securing an ILLEGAL CONSERVATORSHIP to strip him of his human rights. 

But it was unsuccessful, because he died. So, they went on with their deceit, fraud and criminal conduct - as if a Will never existed, and as if they did not have a STOLEN WILL in their possession.

5) Thaddeus Sory oversaw and assisted CORPORATE FRAUD regarding the illegal changes at the Registrar of Companies. They illegally removed my Dad from his own company and put Kofi and Maame in charge, TWO DAYS after he passed away and was in the morgue.

 

Thaddeus, a lawyer, and having read the WILL (from Kofi's theft) knew he was NOT an Executor and knew Kofi and Maame had no legal authority to do this.

6) Thaddeus Sory has been overseeing the BANK FRAUD. He helped Maame and Kofi illegally take possession of my Dad's bank accounts and steal everything in the accounts with FRAUDULENT COMPANY DOCUMENTS from their illegal shareholder meeting and corruption at the Registrar of Companies.

Thaddeus and co. have been falsely claiming if the land is in my Dad's company name, then it belongs to Maame, Kofi and Kwame (the ones that ILLEGALLY took over the company) and not part of his Estate.

 

80% of the company is owned by:

My Dad's 70% = THE ESTATE

Plus another shareholder (10%)

So according to Thaddeus' own ridiculous argument, 80% of the WILL goes to other people. Not him, Maame, Kwame or Kofi.

8) Thaddeus Sory has been overseeing Kofi's ILLEGAL PONZI SCHEME which falsely promises quarterly returns in "fractional ownership" for off-shore investors.

9) Thaddeus Sory has been committing MASSIVE PERJURY in several Ghanaian courts of law. Both he and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu have absolutely no shame whatsoever AS LAWYERS looking directly into a Judge's eyes and lying through their teeth or signing lie-infested documents and filing them. 

 

They believe the more lies they tell and the more outrageous the lies are - the easier it will be for them to use the court system TO PLUNDER MY DAD'S ESTATE.

 

But they forgot to factor in: being exposed as a corrupt, dishonest lawyer has consequences - such as job termination / law firm closure, disbarment, monetary losses and imprisonment.

10) Thaddeus Sory has been engaging in vicious and NON-STOP DEFAMATION of my Dad's respectful and professional Executors and Drafter.

 

He has been downright cruel and  abusive.

 

Thaddeus was taking in money from stolen land before my Dad passed away (as Kofi and Maame were) and was helping them orchestrate the illegal conservatorship plot to extract all of my Dad's money. Then, he died.

 

Thaddeus is attempting to STEAL MILLIONS OF DOLLARS from my Dad's Estate because he does not want to pay back what he has already stolen. And he wants to keep stealing. 

 

Thaddeus Sory is a CRIMINAL with a law degree, a sinister SCUMBAG. 

At any time, Thaddeus Sory could have told these crooks to stop or reported them to authorities. What did he do? Helped them commit CRIMES.

 

If Thaddeus Sory is as successful as he claims to be (ranting and raving in the media, paying for adverts calling himself "renowned" and "a distinguished Ghanaian lawyer, seasoned litigator") why would he need to commit so many crimes?

 

If Thaddeus is so smart, why not graciously accept what my Dad gave him (my Dad obviously didn't know he was a back stabbing demon).

 

Why doesn't Thaddeus Sory 10X the undeserved inheritance my Dad blessed him with, instead of try to steal from me and all of the other's included in my Dad's Will?

 

Instead of being helpful to the Executors and offering ways to assist (since he is in the Will) he has been HATEFUL, driven by greed and jealousy.

 

Thaddeus Sory is desperate and pathetic. He thinks my Dad's Estate should pay to keep his failing law firm afloat and line his pockets with inheritance he was not given.

 

*How do I know Thaddeus' law firm is failing? A truly (financially and morally) successful person doesn't act this way.

Kofi piggy backs off of his Ayi Mensah Park Scam to try to sell his Boma Ayi Mensah. 

He wants unsuspecting innocent property buyers to think he built Ayi Mensah Park. But you need to ask yourself:

"If Kofi Anku really built 300 homes, why would he take 1.5 years to build ONE poorly built duplex on unstable land - that he hasn't even been able to complete or sell?"

This math is not mathing.

"Why did Kofi reduce the price from $250,000 to $170,000? Slashing $80,000?"

Because nobody wants to buy Boma Ayi Mensah. People want to buy from a reputable, honest land developer, not a scam artist who stole his father's life and pretends as if it is his own.

Airbnb Scam:

Kofi's BOMA was found on Airbnb. Unfinished. Still under construction. Wires coming out of the walls, dirty floors and absolutely NO furniture.

A complete mess. They actually put PHOTOS of this mess in their listing. 

It was showing available dates and asking people to pay $700 USD/week!

If it's not one scam it's another with this guy. 

 

Kofi Anku's

Owner's Key Scam:

While Kofi, Kwame, Maame and Thaddeus were running despicable smear campaigns against my Dad's Will Drafter and Executors and delaying the reading of the Will (after having stolen the Will) - Kofi Anku started advertising an illegal Ponzi Scheme called Owner's Key. 

While my Dad was in the morgue, he and Lorraine Wright (of "Diaspora to Home") announced their official launch of a "fractional ownership" scam.

 

They were telling people [they specifically target foreigners] to pay them $10,000 USD for a fraction of a piece of property. They falsely claimed they would give these "investors" quarterly dividend rental income.

 

NOTE: Kofi Anku and Lorraine Wright do not have the legal authority to wrap real estate purchases as investment instruments.

 

This Owner's Key is a complete scam. Lorraine even stated "investment is at risk" on her Instagram page...aka - "you will never see your money again."

 

On the Owner's Key Ponzi Scheme website Kofi Anku LIES and says he built 300 homes.

Ask for proof, his Youtube scam videos are not proof. He lies on social media, like he breathes...it is natural for him. He thrives on bragging about fake accomplishments and fake success.

 

I will say, he is one of the best actors I have seen.

 

Kofi Anku did NOT build Ayi Mensah Park...so where are these 300 homes located? 

Kofi Anku is desperate and delusional and will do and say anything for money.

On August 25, 2026 [Over one year after I told Kofi to stop the Ponzi Scheme], I reached out to Lorraine Wright via Instagram DM, to ask if she wished to comment about her being on this website. 

*I had already alerted her of Kofi's scammy ways. And she continued to partner with him.

She sent me a lie infested threat letter demanding I don't call it a Ponzi Scheme.

Asmara Living Scam:

Soon after Lorraine sent a ridiculous, unhinged letter to silence me, we discovered the Asmara Living Scam.

She falsely claimed Owner's Key was "dormant" and that they were only promoting to gauge interest and no money was exchanged.

Yet, the Asmara Living Scam is active, which she has been promoting for over a year and eagerly telling people to "invest" and promising QUARTERLY RETURNS.

1) This scam project has started to build on land in my Dad's Will. Kofi does not have legal authority to sell or build on ANY LAND in the Will. 

2) Kulu claims to be a "land developer" yet upon investigation, there is not one square inch that can be found that she has developed. Allegedly? 

3) Kulu went on a scam tour in 2025 to Amsterdam and Germany to rope in people (of her own heritage) with false promises.

Then, she went quiet... what happened? She called the project a "money making machine" in one of her interviews in 2025 and went very heavy on the "investment opportunity" aka PONZI SCHEME.

People are NOT buying from Kofi, as his fraudulent "I built 300 homes" persona was exposed, so he is hiding behind this lady and having Lorraine Wright promote it. 

Kofi Anku's Youtube Scam:

One of the ways Kofi was able to peddle his "I built 300 homes" lie for so long, was by paying youtube influencers to film him and talk about how great he is. In exchange, they received payment and/or referral commission on sales.

NOTE: There is nothing wrong with a Youtube personality receiving a payment or a percentage commission to promote a legitimate product or service.

The problem arises when the Content Creator receives funds to promote a scam (knowingly or unknowingly). 

Some of the people Kofi commissioned to help him scam people via their Youtube Channels are:

Lorraine Wright - the co-founder of Kofi's "Owner's Key" Ponzi Scam

Ivy Prosper - she also interviewed Kwame and promoted his scam

Dentaa Amoateng - of G.U.B.A. - the same woman Kwame claimed he "invested in" while he was also ignoring GSUL as they were demanding their $300,000 he took from their non-profit, right before they sued him.

Vanessa Kanbi - she is also currently promoting Kofi and Kwame's mother's house in London (bought and paid for by her ex husband Brian Quartey - who abused me by bribing crooked lawyers in Los Angeles to tamper with my court records).

They first advertised the house for $5,995,000 pounds (approx. 8 million USD). Note: This happened immediately after they realized I had audio recordings of Kofi admitting to his criminal acts.

Then after being on the market for nearly a year with no buyer, they lowered the price to 5,000,000 pounds (approx. $6,725,000 USD). 

1) Did they put the London house up for sale because they finally realized their plan to steal everyone's inheritance is useless? 

2) If Kofi is such a "great developer of 300 homes", why is he not showcasing the house?

3) Why are hiding the fact that the seller is Kofi's mother and former step-father?

Other Youtubers Kofi used: Tim Swain, Micah McLean, Adrian Daniels, Chanel Boateng, Kofi the Traveller and others.

"Expat Life Ghana" Scam:

When I discovered Ayo and Tony Jones of "Expat Life Ghana" were hosting an event with Kofi, I reached out ONLY TWO TIMES to let them know he is a fraud.

I also alerted the other speakers (for their awareness and safety). Then, Ayo and Tony replied by sending me a completely UNHINGED email lashing out and threatening me.

They claimed my two emails sent TO PROTECT THEM AND THEIR AUDIENCE caused Ayo and Tony "health problems" and that it was "wildly inappropriate" for me to let the speakers know the truth about Kofi Anku's toxic and ILLEGAL behavior. 

Ayo Jones and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana even told me not to contact government officials to let them know about Kofi as it "damages their business".

1) Why don't they want me to contact the Ghanaian Government? What are they trying to hide?

2) If they know Kofi Anku has not built 200 homes (or 300 as he interchanges the number), why promote him and lie to the public about it?

3) If they know Kofi was not the builder of Ayi Mensah Park, why help him deceive the public?

They even did a "prayer session" at the poorly attended event. Who were they praying to? What were they praying about?

They lie publicly and claim 300 people were at their event. False.

Ayo and Tony told me not to contact them. Fine. They read my two emails and they responded once, I am not sending them another email.

 

If they want to continue to promote fraud, so be it. But, they can't feign ignorance. 

 

Ayo and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana should be thanking me for alerting them of Kofi Anku's fraudulent and criminal activities.

Instead they did not just tell me not to contact them, they also told me not to contact the government! 🤪

But if a business or a government  office/official has a publicly available email address on-line, there is no law that states a person can not email them. If that said person or business doesn't want someone to email them, they can speak for themselves.

Ayo and Tony claim I can not do any "unauthorized outreach" to anyone connected to them, including any government officials, as they do not want me to expose Kofi's con jobs. 

Do they expect me to ask them for permission and received "authorization" to report their connection to a fraudulent speaker they hosted at their event?

 

Ayo and Tony Jones of Expat Life Ghana do not own human beings. 

 

Threatening me if I contact the Ghanaian Government is wildly inappropriate. 

• Why are Ayo and Tony of Expat Life Ghana so eager to protect Kofi Anku's fake image and false real estate success claims?  
• Why are Ayo and Tony of Expat Life Ghana so eager to help Kofi Anku defraud people?  
• If they were unaware before my two emails, why threaten me when they were alerted of the truth? Have they received money to promote Kofi's fraud?  
• After seeing evidence of what Kofi and his wife Maame did to one of their Land Fraud victims, why are they attacking and trying to silence me?

*Maybe Ayo and Tony got paid to promote Kofi and didn't want to give the money back.

For many speaker event summits, the speakers pay a fee to the host, so the speaker can leverage the event to build credibility and promote themselves. This is fine when the speaker is not looking for victims to abuse.

NOTE: The event was poorly attended by the photos on-line. The entire front row was "reserved" for the speakers and there were two or three small rows behind, sparsely filled.

Interesting how they falsely claim my two emails warning them about Kofi's corruption caused them "damage". What about all the damage to Kofi's land fraud victims?

Kofi Anku is a known adulterer. He is not faithful to his wife (Maame is aware and doesn't care as she knows he won't leave because he needs her to carry out her illegal "legal" actions as his lawyer).

There is something deranged about a person who thinks they can entangle themselves in the filth of infidelity while simultaneously cheat land buyers - and think there are no consequences.

Kofi Anku is definitely one of the best actors in the world, a master manipulator -as his lies are undetectable to most.

His lies are so OUTRAGEOUS that people do not stop to ask, "is this a lie?"

For example, why would someone lie about building 300 homes?!?!

Kofi Anku's fake, charming outgoing personality is a cover for being a very devious, sinister, prideful, arrogant, unfaithful, ungrateful, untrustworthy, dishonest, fame-hungry, money-hungry, greedy snake.

If you think a man that sleeps around and lies about it - will honor you in business, by all means - buy from him. But if you want to do business with a man of honor, stay away from Kofi Anku.

ACTIVE FRAUD LAWSUIT AGAINST The Kofi Anku & Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu

There is currently an active fraud lawsuit against Kofi Anku for his land fraud. He cheated a woman out of nearly $20,000 USD and abused her with Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu.

Kofi and Maame claim that they do not have to give the money back because she posted about her horrific experience with them on Instagram and has been vocal on-line about their land fraud scams (to warn other people).

The woman's name is Elise, she is a Ghanaian living in Scotland.

1) She has evidence of Maame and Kofi attempting to sell her my Dad's land behind his back while he was alive. 

2) She has evidence Maame FORGED my Dad's signature and submitted the fraudulent document to the bank. 

3) When Elise's bank caught the FRAUD - they alerted her that Kofi and Maame were scamming her as they did not have legal authority to sell my Dad's land. 

4) Now, they are in court as Kofi and Maame continue to play games.

FAKE COMPANY SCAM

In Kofi and Maame's signature fraudulent and deceitful style - they create a "clone company" to mimic my Dad's company he owned and ran for over 3 decades. 

My Dad's company is Volta Ghana Investment Company Limited.

After he died, they started using "Volta Investment Company" [they removed the words Ghana and Limited] to deceive people who did business with my Dad as well as new people who never knew my Dad.

 

Why? Because while my Dad was alive, they were:

(1) stealing his land and illegally selling it to people behind his back

(2) fraudulently claiming THEY owned my Dad's company

Kofi Anku and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu are sick and demented creatures. 

Volta Ghana Investment Company Limited is THE real, authentic, genuine and legal company.

Volta Investment Company is their FAKE COMPANY. It is unregistered and ILLEGAL.

*They removed the words "Ghana"and "Limited" to intentionally deceive people.

 

FAKE WEBSITE SCAM

Kofi and Maame threw a website on-line with their fake company with their faces, claiming they have been running this FAKE "family business" since 1998.

Kofi was living in New York in 1998 and had not even met Maame. They are filthy, deplorable liars. 

My Dad is nowhere to be found of this FAKE WEBSITE. Not his name. Not his photo. They are pretending like he never existed and they are the ones who build HIS company.

Kofi Anku and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu are sick.

FAKE LOGO & T-SHIRT SCAM

With their lie-infested website they added a FAKE LOGO and created FAKE T-SHIRTS to pretend to look legitimate, because they are scammers to the core.

 

FAKE SPONSORSHIP SCAM

To further deceive people, Kofi and Maame even sponsored BBQ events using their FAKE COMPANY and FAKE LOGO. Then, they posted their FAKE SPONSORSHIP banners on Kofi's instagram account.

They thought they could steal my Dad's life and company, claim it as their own and try to look legitimate using fraudulent tactics - and no one would do anything about it.

 

FAKE LETTERHEAD SCAM

In addition to all of this fraud, they then printed FAKE LETTERHEAD paper and submitted lie-infested complaints about the honorable Drafter and Executors of my Dad's Will... using their FAKE COMPANY as basis to try to steal everyone's inheritance. Kofi Komla Anku and Maame A.S. Mensa-Bonsu have no bottom.
